Project Overview: I had the privilege of managing the entire lifecycle of the "Shared iPad for Business" project at SOTI Inc, from initial ideation through to the successful Go-To-Market (GTM) launch. This project marked a significant milestone in addressing a pressing need for businesses, offering a solution that not only boosts productivity but also simplifies IT management and fortifies data security.

Project Description: Shared iPad for Business, a feature integrated into SOTI MobiControl, was conceived as a solution to a common issue faced by organizations worldwide. The absence of efficient Shared iPad capabilities for businesses had led to a series of problems, including reduced productivity, elevated IT management overhead, and heightened data security risks. To tackle these challenges, we developed a feature that allows multiple employees to share a single iPad while preserving a personalized and secure experience for each user.
